Problem this book deals with: How o you execute a turnaround if a company is going downhill? 
Primary points:
You must act fast.
Both business model and culture must shift at once.
Don't fix what isn't working, eliminate it.
It's not a transition, it's a change of reality.
Process it proposes:
Ask yourself what could the transformed company look like in one year assuming the current constraints don't exist. This is the B-State.
Execution is about changing habits.
Focus on Logic and Alignment.
Ask yourself who is involved in the current process, but don't include emotion. 
Practice makes perfect. Not a single interaction. Constant improvement will be a requirement. 
The new reality where the old problems, habits, and politics don't exist anymore.

Time is finite. Actions are valuable. When you get the choice, work with smart people on hard problems.
